We take great care in preparing and sending your perfumes, and your satisfaction is important to us. Returns are only accepted if your perfume arrives broken or if the wrong item was sent.

If you need to request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us either:

When contacting us, please include a photo of the perfume showing the damage or incorrect item, so we can process your request quickly.

Please note: Returns after 48 hours cannot be accepted, and no refunds will be issued for any other reason. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to resolve any valid issues promptly.
